On re-reading my comments above, I realised that I missed out something which could result in confusion!
The MIGs are what are required when submitting via EDI, whilst the RIM Artefacts are what are required when submitting over the Internet (which is what we do).
So my comments (on when changes apply) refers to the Internet filing specifications, but I have no knowledge as to when MIG changes apply (as the two don’t always seem to change in sync)!
